FAQs
Can I cancel my package within the first 4 weeks?
All training packages have a minimum 4 week commitment. You cannot cancel within that period. Payment will be taken regardless of session attendance. Emergencies or extreme circumstances will be excused with evidence such as a medical certificate.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
You will be credited with a certain number of sessions per week/fortnight depending on your package. You may choose to reschedule for another time in the week, or book it as an extra make-up session the following week/fortnight.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are currently run out of Snap Fitness Buranda, Level 2 Buranda Village Shopping Centre Woolloongabba QLD.
Do I need to be a Snap Fitness member?
No, however you will be required to pay a day pass of $20 each visit and training sessions must be during club staffed hours 9am - 7am Mon-Thurs, 9am - 4pm Friday.
