LIAM POLMEAR
Since adulthood, my passion for fitness has continued to grow. From competitive tennis and long distance running, through to muscle gain and strength training. After working a desk job and being diagnosed with a rare condition that left me weak and underweight, my passion has turned towards helping others with their health and fitness.

sessions
In-person sessions tailored to your fitness level, goals, and exercise experience. Together we will break down technique, motivational barriers, and ensure you are getting the results you want.
Based at Snap Fitness Buranda.

training
programs
Your own customised and specific workout plan. Designed to give you maximum results based on your goals and ability. Delivered in 8-week blocks, and includes a 60 minute session to demonstrate all your exercises.

By understanding your eating habits and goals, we can set you on the right path. You’ll be provided with specific macronutrient targets, and support to reach them in a healthy and sustainable manner.
